Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and enquiries sent to Sensecore. It does not cover customer systems or project data, which need their own agreed terms.

Last updated: 20 September 2026.

Contact

For questions about this notice, or to make a privacy request, email hello@sensecore.co.uk. Sensecore is responsible for handling enquiries made through this website.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, organisation and message. We use that information to respond, discuss a possible engagement and keep a record of the conversation.

Our basis for handling business enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers and managing those relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may also need the information for those steps.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential organisational data in an initial enquiry.

Website storage and services

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from an external font service.

If you change the motion setting, the website saves your preference in your browser’s local storage under sensecore.motion. It is not sent to us. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data settings.

Email links open your chosen email service. The copy-address button copies only our public email address; it does not read your clipboard. There is no enquiry form or third-party booking widget on this site.

The hosting and email services used to deliver the website and handle correspondence may process technical information such as IP addresses and delivery or security logs.

Access and retention

Enquiries are intended for the people handling the conversation and the service providers needed to deliver and store it. We may also need to disclose information where required by law.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence. You can contact us to ask about a particular message or request its deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. These rights can be subject to conditions and legal exceptions.

Send requests to hello@sensecore.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are in the UK, you can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
